The requisite Budget will be prepared by the HLOIC, based on the programs they will prepare for the celebrations. This is why finalizing the HLOIC is a very critical and urgent undertaking now, so that the Budget could be known. Sources of the funds to meet the Budget estimates will emanate from contributions by the Christians and the citizens of Amadi State at home and in the Diaspora; friends individuals and business persons of good will, partners of the Internal Province and the Dioceses of the Province, internally and abroad; NGOs and public institutions of good will; and the home governments of the Amadi State. Contributions could be in kind when the needs have been identified
